      Formulation and Dosage :
    Shankhapushpi Taila : For topical use
    Fresh juice ( Whole plant ) : 20 – 30 ml b.i.d.
    Whole plant powder : 3 – 6 gms b.i.d.
    Shankhapushpi sharbat : 120 – 250 ml b.i.d.
    Bramhirasayan : 5 – 10 ml b.i.d.
    Medhyarasayana : 5 – 10 ml b.i.d.
    Indrarasayana : 5 – 10 ml b.i.d.
    Saraswatarishta
