Phytochemistry :

Volatile essential oil, Steroptene, Cumene, Terpene, 2 - methyl - 3 - glocosyoxy - 5 - isopropylphenol, Thymaol, p – cymene, ß – pimene ß – terpinene and carvacrol.

Formulation and Dosage :

Ajowan – ka – arak or omum water	: 2 – 5 ml b.i.d.
Seeds	: 3 – 5 gm b.i.d. for 10 days
Sat. Ajavayen	: 1 – 3 drops b.i.d.
Ajmodadi Churna	: 1 – 2 gm b.i.d.
